This collection of designs has been inspired by the glorious plethora of wallpapers produced in the 19th Century, particularly those in Kinlochmoidart House in Scotland. Beauchamp Wallpaper Printworks were commissioned by Simpson and Brown architects on behalf of Mrs Nino Stewart to reproduce hand printed wallpapers originally chosen for Kinlochmoidart by William Leiper, the Glasgow School architect who designed the house in the 1880's.
Kinlochmoidart is a rare example of a Scottish baronial mansion set in a rugged landscape at the head of Loch Moidart. The interiors and furnishings remain virtually unchanged since the day the house was completed.
We are only able to display a fraction of our full range.
